Welcome to Tari Enterprise LLC-FZ (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Client” refers to any individual or business entity engaging with our services.

“Service” refers to website design, development, and any additional digital services provided by Tari Enterprise LLC-FZ.

“Agreement” refers to the contract or quotation agreed between Tari Enterprise LLC-FZ and the Client.

2. Services Provided

We offer website design, development, and associated digital services. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in the contract or quotation agreed upon with the Client. Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the agreed contract may incur additional fees.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our services, the Client agrees to these Terms.

Tari Enterprise LLC-FZ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on our website.

4. Payment Terms

All pricing, unless otherwise stated, is in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham and USD (United American Dollar).

A depost of [50 percent] is required upon signing the contract. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed.

Invoices are due for payment within [7 days] days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, and website design elements created by Tari Enterprise LLC-FZ are the intellectual property of Tari Enterprise LLC-FZ unless otherwise stated or agreed.

Upon full payment, the Client will have ownership of the final design and website. However, we reserve the right to display the completed project as part of our portfolio.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide all necessary materials (content, images, etc.) required for the website project on time.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property, copyright, and trademarks. The Client is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and management of the website after delivery unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tari Enterprise LLC-FZ will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any issues related to the website’s performance.

We are not responsible for third-party hosting providers, software, or any external factors affecting the website's performance.

In no event shall Tari Enterprise LLC-FZ’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services provided.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing [insert days] days' written notice.

In the event of termination by the Client, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

We may require the Client to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if necessary.

10. Force Majeure

Tari Enterprise LLC-FZ will not be held responsible for delays or failures to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or technical failures beyond our control.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided by Tari Enterprise LLC-FZ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
